Why a Computer Monitor Memo Board? The majority of us need reminders – and we love sticky notes. We stick them all over the place, often near or on our computer screens and monitors where they easily fall off because we don’t want them covering up our actual screens, and there usually isn’t enough of the sticky note attached to the monitor and they end up falling off, which can cause us to miss important events – ouch! We also place sticky post notes on edges of keyboards where they get in the way, or easily get covered and lost – it’s a mess. We also place them on our desks where they surely will eventually get covered.
BENEFITS – This product makes your life more organized, easily and affordably. Your sticky note adhesive will be attached to the 3″ x 12″ of space with the right amount of adhesive, and not easily falling off, and they will not block your screen and your sticky notes will not get lost on your desk – your reminders will be right in front of your face- not to be missed. PLEASE be patient, the adhesive will set over time. You do not want a stronger adhesive which will make it very hard to remove them and leave lots of glue behind on the sides of your computer and too-heavy adhesive can potentially crack your computer screen because of ther force required to remove it- you do not want that.
DURABLE – Made of Semi-transparent lighweight PVC (not acrylic), these adhesive message boards are extremely useful computer monitor accessories that are lightweight, slightly flexible and once applied will not move or shift after they set. Although we make many products with heavy acrylic, we do not believe heavy acrylic versions are a good idea for this function as computer monitor memo boards because acrylic is way too heavy, it’s overkill and can easily crack cutting your hand. Ours are much safer, easier to attach and just make more sense – plus easier on the wallet.
APPLICATION – In order for the adhesive to work its best, before attaching the memo board, please wipe the surface down of the side of the computer frame with a cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or stray particles, and once the surface is dry, peel off the protective film strip and stick the memo message board onto the side of the actual computer frames – not to the computer screen itself. Apply firm pressure to the adhesive strip for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Place one on each side of your computer screen, and one or two on the top depending how wide your screen is.
SEMI-TRANSLUCENT – our material is not crystal clear, its washed clarity – this keeps them more affordable – pure clarity is not required for this function. If you want pure clarity we suggest you get an acrylic one. SIZE – this computer monitor message board is 3″ wide x 12″ long, allowing it to fit nicely on the majority of computer screens. If your monitor is less than 12″ in any direction, it may extend beyond the screen, but that’s not a bad thing at all as you can see in our pictures!
VERSATILE – These semi-transparent lighweight memo boards get stuck to either side of a computer monitor (or even the top or bottom of the screen depending on the screen) in the office or at home.
