Turn on Switch, choose ‘Controllers’ Settings’, and select ‘Change Grip/Order’. Press and hold the ‘Power’ button to boot controller. The light should be blinking slowly in red. [If the light isn’t red, double click the ‘Power’ button to make it red]. Press and hold the ‘Window+Share’ button for 2 seconds until the red light blinks rapidly to enter pairing mode.
