This is not due to product problems,maybe the watch is out of battery.For first use,please charge the watch for 5 minutes,and it takes about 2 hours to fully charge the watch.

Power on – Click to select the language- Scan the QR code of the watch – Download “GloryFit” app-Open the app-Click “Device”- Click “Add a new device” – Scan the QR code on the watch- on the App “A230 would like to pair with your phone, select“Pair”.
How to fix if smartwatch fails to pair or keeps disconnecting?
1. Please make sure that your smartwatch Bluetooth is enable and is not paired with other smart watches.
