Billy Butcher is a former C.I.A. operative turned vigilante – as charming as he is cunning. Butcher reassembles The Boys as an anti superhero squad under CIA backing.
Hugh “Hughie” Campbell
Also known as “Wee Hughie”, Hugh is a Scottish conspiracy theorist whose girlfriend was accidentally killed by a super in a catastrophic battle. He has recently been recruited by Billy Butcher to join The Boys and help take down out of control superheroes.
The Frenchman
The Frenchman is usually a kind man and loyal friend. He appears calm and shy, until provoked, and then his anger can be hard to reign in, giving way to ruthless aggression and ferocious brutality against his enemies or any who might seek to insult him.
Mother’s Milk

One of the earliest members of the Boys and the only woman of the group, The Female is known for her animalistic brutality, going back to her days as a freelance Mafia enforcer. Suffering from selective mutism, her only true friend is The Frenchman
