throughout the collection of poems.<br \/>The author points out the hope in the hopeless and the importance of not despairing in a time of darkness.<br \/>As implied in her poems, there is always light at the end of the tunnel and it is important to carry on with our lives.<br \/>The author places everyday experiences of love, dreams, hopes, family life, and the COVID-19 pandemic into an
